I focus on the feelings that the present moment brings up and capture them appropriately. My goal is to tell your story with each image. I want you to be filled with affirmations of your inner and outer beauty when you look at your photos.

My knowledge of awe inspiring locations is yours to pick through when you book with me. I have traveled all over the Western United States, and will help you choose a location that fits into your life well.

How do I know you are right for me?

I offer a free consultation in the form of coffee, a hike, or just a quick visit. My goal is that both of us are aware of the expectations and preparations that must be made as photographer and subject.

What can I do to prepare for the shoot?

  • Write down a list of expectations
  • Exercise the day before to clear your mind
  • Avoid clothes that draw attention away from you
  • Bring comfortable walking shoes if you have tender feet
answer

What locations are available?

Anywhere with good lighting and a setting you feel at home in. Together we will find a location that satisfies both our needs.

When is the best time to have a photoshoot?

Sunrise, Sunset, or Overcast; these all offer a soft warm light.

Can I bring props?

Yes! Please bring props as they will make you feel at home behind the lens. Also, you won't be left wondering what to do with your hands.

What if I’m not the most comfortable in front of the camera?

There is no judgment here, we can prolong the shoot and just hang out for a while until you start to feel more comfortable. Pick a location that feels like home to you. Where comfortable clothes.
Thinking about your hands too much? We’ll fill them so you don’t have to. We can meander about and take photos when we are both inspired. Communicate with me, tell me how you feel. It is very important to me that I provide a stress free, fun, and creative environment.

What is your editing style?

Inspired by film and its trueness to reality, my goal is to portray all captured moments in a way that reveals the natural colors of the environment without sacrificing skin tones or cleanliness of a moment.

How do you work best?

I work best in a dynamic situation with little structure, focused on capturing candid moments as they unfold organically. I will help the scene along with small queues if needed.
